What is a digital download, and will I receive a physical item?
No physical item will be shipped to your address. You are purchasing high-resolution digital files that you can instantly download, print at home, or take to any local or online print shop. This saves you shipping fees and waiting time!
What files and sizes will I receive after purchase?
You will instantly receive ultra-high-resolution (300 DPI) JPEG files optimized for crisp, gallery-quality printing across 5 major international aspect ratios, covering over 20 standard frame sizes (including 8x10", 11x14", 16x20", 24x36", and A4/A3 formats).
How can I print my art to look like a real Japanese painting?
To get that authentic museum-grade Japanese sumi-e look, we strongly recommend printing on heavyweight matte paper, fine art paper, or textured cardstock rather than glossy photo paper. You can print easily at home, at a local print shop (like Staples or FedEx), or via online printing platforms.
Will the resolution be blurry when printed in large sizes?
Not at all! All our files are meticulously created at 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch), which is the absolute gold standard for professional printing. Even at large sizes like 24x36 inches, the brush strokes and ink textures remain razor-sharp and clear.

What is your refund policy for digital downloads?
Due to the instant accessibility of digital files, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been downloaded. However, your satisfaction is our priority! If you encounter any issues, message us directly and we will gladly help.
Can I use these files for commercial purposes or resell them?
No. All artworks designed by KuroMori Studio are protected by copyright and are strictly for Personal Use Only. You cannot share, resell, reproduce, or distribute the digital files commercially in any way.
